We will contact you 30 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time for residential deliveries within New South Wales and surrounding areas. Our team will always do their best to accommodate any special requests you may have.
Please note that either the builder or the client must be present to sign for the goods upon delivery, as items cannot be left unattended without a representative on site.
For deliveries outside the state, we will confirm the delivery lead time or expected arrival date after coordinating with our freight partner.
