When can I expect my tiles to be delivered?

We will contact you 30 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time for residential deliveries within New South Wales and surrounding areas. Our team will always do their best to accommodate any special requests you may have.

Please note that either the builder or the client must be present to sign for the goods upon delivery, as items cannot be left unattended without a representative on site.

For deliveries outside the state, we will confirm the delivery lead time or expected arrival date after coordinating with our freight partner.

What should I do if the tiles I received are damaged?

Please take photos of the affected tiles while they are still in their original packaging. This will help us assess the cause of the damage and find ways to improve our service.

Once we review the quantity of broken tiles or boxes, we’ll let you know whether Vedere will arrange a collection or if the items can be disposed of on-site.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the tiles are in perfect condition, unopened, and from the current batch.

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns for items that have been specially customised or made to order, and refunds cannot be issued for change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been placed.
