Our commitment

The John Fawcett Foundation restores sight to Indonesia's most vulnerable communities, providing free cataract surgeries, eye treatments and glasses to those who cannot afford care.

Since 1991, they've transformed over a million lives through mobile eye clinics reaching remote villages across Bali and beyond. Their work eliminates preventable blindness without religious, political or ethnic consideration.

JFF is a non-profit, humanitarian organisation registered in Australia, UK, and Indonesia that has been helping the poor in Indonesia with free cataract surgery since 1991. Since that time, over 65,000 people have received sight-restoring operations, and well over one million people (including children) have been screened for eye problems.

All services offered by JFF to the poor are free of charge.

Through Vedere, a percentage of every purchase directly supports this vital humanitarian mission, helping restore dignity and independence to those living in darkness.
